SintDMA Products — User Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, installing, using, or interacting with any DMA-related product, device, software, service, or associated materials ("Product") provided by SintDMA ("Provider"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase, use, access, or continue using any SintDMA Product.
The user acknowledges that all SintDMA Products are provided on an "as available" basis and that use of any Product is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
The user accepts full responsibility for understanding the purpose, operation, limitations, compatibility requirements, and potential consequences associated with use of any SintDMA Product.
By using any SintDMA Product, the user confirms they are legally permitted to purchase and use such technology within their jurisdiction and that they will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, agreements, and third-party terms.
SintDMA Products are provided for lawful purposes only.
The user agrees not to use any SintDMA Product in a manner that violates applicable laws, contractual agreements, software agreements, service terms, platform rules, or the rights of another person or organization.
SintDMA does not authorize, encourage, or guarantee any specific use involving third-party platforms, online services, games, applications, networks, or accounts.
The user is solely responsible for determining whether their intended use complies with applicable rules, laws, and agreements.
The user acknowledges that online multiplayer environments, gaming networks, applications, and third-party services are controlled by independent companies and are subject to their own rules, enforcement systems, detection methods, updates, and policies.
SintDMA has no control over third-party enforcement actions, including but not limited to: Account warnings, Temporary suspensions, Permanent bans, Hardware restrictions, Service limitations, Loss of digital content, Loss of access to online services.
The user understands that use of third-party services while using any SintDMA Product may carry risks, including possible account penalties.
SintDMA does not guarantee that any Product will prevent detection, enforcement actions, account restrictions, or changes made by third-party providers.
The user acknowledges that any account, profile, subscription, license, or access loss resulting from actions taken by a third-party company is outside the control of SintDMA.
SintDMA assumes no responsibility for: Banned accounts, Suspended accounts, Lost progress, Lost digital purchases, Terminated memberships, Restricted access, Any consequences imposed by third-party platforms.
The user accepts full responsibility for any account used in connection with any SintDMA Product.
SintDMA makes reasonable efforts to provide Products that function as described at the time of sale.
However, the user understands that software updates, firmware changes, platform changes, security updates, hardware revisions, and third-party modifications may affect Product functionality.
SintDMA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent compatibility, or future functionality after changes outside of SintDMA's reasonable control.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will only be considered when the Product is proven to have a verified defect or failure directly caused by SintDMA.
Refunds will not be issued due to: User misuse, Incorrect setup, Incompatibility, Third-party updates, Account penalties, Suspensions or bans, User dissatisfaction after successful operation, Changes made by external services or platforms.
SintDMA reserves the right to investigate all refund requests before approval.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SintDMA Products are provided without guarantees or warranties beyond those expressly stated by SintDMA.
SintDMA does not guarantee that: Products will meet every user's expectations, Products will remain functional indefinitely, Third parties will not change their systems, External services will remain compatible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SintDMA shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of any Product.
This includes, but is not limited to: Account losses, Lost revenue, Lost data, Lost access, Lost digital items, Service interruptions, Third-party claims, Platform enforcement actions.
The user agrees that SintDMA's maximum liability, if legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to SintDMA for the specific Product involved.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring their use of SintDMA Products complies with all applicable laws, agreements, and third-party requirements.
The user agrees not to hold SintDMA responsible for consequences arising from user decisions, actions, misuse, or violation of applicable rules.
The user acknowledges that technology products may carry risks and accepts those risks prior to purchase.
The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SintDMA, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal costs arising from: User misuse, User violations of agreements, User violations of laws, User actions involving third-party services, Disputes caused by user activity.
SintDMA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of any SintDMA Product after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any portion of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.
By purchasing or using any SintDMA Product, the user confirms:
They understand the risks associated with use.
They understand third-party services may enforce their own rules.
They accept responsibility for their accounts and actions.
They understand refunds are limited as described.
They agree not to hold SintDMA responsible for consequences outside of SintDMA's direct control.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any SintDMA Product, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
