Loaders for games and system prep

All game loaders and complete guides are available for download after purchase. If you are still having issues after doing the prep please make a ticket in the discord and we will assist. Please follow all steps before making a ticket as the guides are very informative.

Before You Begin (DMA Setup)

  • Use a compatible PCIe slot (x1 or x4 open-ended slots work on most boards)
  • Have a second PC or laptop ready if you use a Fuser / HDMI passthrough chain
  • Download drivers and tools from your order confirmation email or Dashboard → Downloads
  • Join our Discord for live help during setup
  • Read the [Store Guide](store-guide) if you have not ordered yet

Category 1 — Hardware Installation

Unboxing checklist

  • DMA board (35t or 75t)
  • Anti-static bag / foam padding
  • Any bundle items (Fuser, Makcu, cables)
  • Order invoice with support contact

Install the DMA board

  1. Power off PC and unplug PSU
  2. Ground yourself (touch case metal)
  3. Insert board into PCIe slot until seated fully
  4. Secure bracket screw if your case requires it
  5. Boot and check Device Manager → System devices for recognition

35t vs 75t notes

  • 35t — compact, budget-friendly, great for first builds
  • 75t — faster FPGA, recommended for heavy multi-profile use

Category 2 — Drivers & Software

  1. Install bundled driver package (run as Administrator)
  2. Reboot when prompted
  3. Disable conflicting virtualisation tools if the guide specifies
  4. Confirm device status is OK in Device Manager
  5. Install flash tool from dashboard download area

Category 3 — Firmware Flashing

  1. Purchase firmware matching your target environment (BE/RICO or BE/ACE/EAC)
  2. Download .bin / package from Dashboard after payment
  3. Connect board via USB (Makcu if required by your chain)
  4. Open flash tool → select firmware file → Flash
  5. Wait for 100% — do not unplug during flash
  6. Reboot both PCs if using dual-PC setup

Category 4 — Fuser & HDMI Setup

  1. Connect Fuser between gaming PC HDMI out and monitor
  2. Route secondary output to capture / second machine per included diagram
  3. Set gaming PC to native resolution and refresh rate
  4. Verify passthrough picture before launching software
  5. See [Product Support FAQ](support-faq) for HDCP troubleshooting

Category 5 — Makcu Connection

  1. Plug Makcu between board and USB port
  2. Use direct motherboard USB (avoid unpowered hubs)
  3. Confirm solid LED / device detection
  4. Re-seat cable if flash tool does not detect board

Category 6 — Bundle Quick Start

75t Bundle = Board + Fuser + Makcu

Recommended order: Install board → Connect Makcu → Wire Fuser → Flash firmware → Test chain

Category 7 — Digital Products

  1. Complete checkout with Stripe or available payment method
  2. Open Dashboard → Downloads or email delivery link
  3. Follow product-specific README
  4. Contact support if credentials do not arrive within 15 minutes

Need Help?

Overview & Requirements

What you need before starting

A compatible desktop PC with an open PCIe slot, Windows 10/11, administrator access, and stable power. For dual-PC setups add a Fuser and second machine. Download drivers from your Dashboard after purchase. Join Discord for live assistance.

Which DMA board should I buy?

DMA 35t — budget entry, great for first-time builders.
DMA 75t — faster FPGA, best for power users and bundles.
See our Store Guide → Product Types for a full comparison.

What comes in the box?

Board in anti-static packaging, foam protection, and digital access to drivers via your order email. Bundles include Fuser + Makcu + all required cables listed on the product page.

Estimated setup time?

Hardware install: 15–30 minutes.
Drivers + firmware: 20–45 minutes.
Full dual-PC chain with Fuser: 45–90 minutes first time.

Hardware Installation

Step 1 — Power down safely

Shut down Windows, switch off PSU, unplug power cable. Press power button once to discharge. Touch bare metal on the case before handling the board.

Step 2 — Insert PCIe board

Remove slot cover. Align DMA board with PCIe x1/x4 slot. Press straight down until fully seated. Replace screw on bracket. Do not force if misaligned — re-align and retry.

Step 3 — First boot check

Power on and open Device Manager. Look for new system device entries. Yellow warning icon = install drivers from Dashboard before continuing.

Slot compatibility tips

Use primary or secondary PCIe slots with direct CPU lanes when possible. Avoid riser cables unless rated for PCIe 3.0+. ITX cases: verify clearance before purchase.

Drivers & Software

Where do I download drivers?

Log in → Dashboard → Downloads, or use the link in your order confirmation email. Always download the latest version for your board SKU.

Driver install steps

1. Extract ZIP to a folder
2. Right-click installer → Run as administrator
3. Follow prompts and reboot
4. Confirm Device Manager shows no errors

Flash tool setup

Install the flash utility from the same download bundle. Keep USB connected through Makcu (if used). Close antivirus temporarily if it blocks the tool — re-enable after flashing.

Firmware Flashing

Choosing the right firmware

BE/RICO — COD, FiveM, Battlefield-style environments.
BE/ACE/EAC — broader anti-cheat coverage including EAC/ACE titles.
Match firmware to the games listed on each product page.

Flash procedure

1. Connect USB (via Makcu if in chain)
2. Open flash tool as Admin
3. Select purchased `.bin` / package file
4. Click Flash and wait for 100%
5. Do not disconnect power or USB during flash
6. Reboot PC

After flashing

Verify version in tool readout. Test in a controlled environment first. Check Discord #firmware-updates for patch notes when games update.

Fuser & HDMI Chain

What does the Fuser do?

The Fuser merges HDMI signals for dual-PC setups so your gaming PC outputs cleanly to your monitor while a second system reads the stream. Essential for low-latency passthrough setups.

Wiring order

Gaming GPU → Fuser IN → Fuser OUT → Monitor
Secondary capture port → second PC input (see product diagram in box / product page gallery).

No picture / flickering

Confirm monitor input source, try another HDMI cable, set native refresh in Windows display settings, and review Product Support FAQ → Device Detection.

Makcu Adapter

When is Makcu required?

Use Makcu when your setup guide or product page specifies USB bridging between the DMA board and your PC. It provides a stable connection for flashing and runtime communication.

Connection tips

Plug directly into motherboard USB 2.0/3.0 rear ports. Avoid front-panel hubs. If detection fails, try another port and re-seat both ends.

Bundle Setup (75t / 35t)

Recommended build order

1. Install DMA board
2. Connect Makcu USB
3. Wire Fuser HDMI chain
4. Install drivers
5. Flash firmware
6. Full system test

Why buy a bundle?

Bundles save money vs individual parts, guarantee compatible components, and include everything for a dual-PC chain in one shipment. See DMA Bundles in the store.

Digital Products & Cheats

How delivery works

After payment clears, access credentials or download links appear in Dashboard and email within minutes. Check spam folder if not received in 15 minutes.

EFT / DayZ / Apex packages

Each product page lists supported features and update policy. Follow included README before launching the game. Keep launcher updated.

Troubleshooting

Board not detected

Reseat PCIe card, try another slot, reinstall drivers, disable Fast Boot in BIOS, check Support FAQ.

Flash failed or stuck

Run tool as Admin, different USB port, re-download firmware file, temporarily pause antivirus.

Still stuck?
